Dave spent years as President of eXp Realty, during a period when the agent count grew from under 10,000 to roughly 85,000 across 24 countries. Before eXp, he led regional franchise operations at Keller Williams, earning the #1 growth ranking worldwide across $6B+ in revenue.

Across those roles, he's been part of thousands of transactions, hundreds of hires, dozens of market launches, and more late-night strategy conversations than he can count.

Today, Dave is CEO of Pickleball Development & Investments and CEO of BRIX Global. FYR Partners Community is his home base for the thing that's always mattered most: helping operators build real businesses alongside other operators who get it.

Kristen Conord

The operations engine.

"The front of the house gets the applause. The back of the house makes it possible."

Kristen serves as COO of the Conord family holding company and is the operating backbone of FYR Partners Community. If something runs on time, the logistics work, and the community feels taken care of — that's Kristen.

Dave calls Kristen "the reason any of this actually works." Members of the community tend to agree within about fifteen minutes of meeting her.

Together, Dave and Kristen are a co-led household and co-led community. They believe real estate is a family business at its best — and they run FYR Partners Community accordingly.
