How It Works

Three steps. That's it.

01

Send a Note

Use the form below, or reach out directly. Tell us a bit about where you are in your business and what you're trying to build.

02

Have a Conversation

We'll set up a real conversation with Dave, Kristen, or both. No sales script. No deck. Just a conversation about fit.

03

Come to a FYR Friday

Best way to know the community is to sit in the room. Come to one. See the people. Feel the cadence. Then decide.

Send a Note

Tell us who you are.

The more context you give us, the better the first conversation. But don't overthink it — a few sentences is plenty to get started.

Questions We Get a Lot

The stuff people actually want to know.

Is there a cost to join FYR Partners Community?

No. The community, FYR Fridays, and FYR University are all free for members of the community. What you pay are your standard eXp Realty fees — cap, broker review, transaction fees — same as any agent at eXp. We don't charge extra for community access.

Do I have to switch brokerages to join?

If you want the full benefit — revenue share, equity, ICON, the community cadence — yes, you'll be moving your license to eXp Realty under our sponsorship. That said, we're happy to have conversations with anyone exploring their options. Come to a FYR Friday. See the room. No pressure.

What does "sponsorship" actually mean at eXp?

When you join eXp, you name a sponsor — the person who brought you in. That relationship is permanent and it determines who helps mentor you, who's in your revenue-share line, and which community you plug into. Choosing a sponsor is the single most important decision an agent makes when moving to eXp. We take that seriously.

I'm already at eXp. Can I still join FYR Partners Community?

Existing eXp agents can absolutely attend FYR Fridays, FYR University sessions, and participate in community events. Your revenue share relationship with your current sponsor doesn't change. If you're considering a sponsor change, that's a longer conversation — reach out directly.

How much time does this actually take?

FYR Fridays are 60 minutes, once a week. FYR University is one session a week, typically 45–60 minutes. First Friday events are a bit longer, once a month. The rest is up to you — deal reviews, peer circles, referrals — as much or as little as fits your life.

What if I'm not a fit?

Then we tell each other honestly and part friendly. The worst thing we could do is drag someone into a community they don't belong in. We'd rather have the hard conversation up front than waste each other's time.

One More Thing

This is about you. Not us.

If joining makes your business stronger, your family steadier, and your future bigger — we want you in the room. If it doesn't, we want you to find the room that does.
